The Founder

I’m Preeti Shah, founder and creative voice of Spotlight Style.

For more than a decade in New York, I produced luxury events — single evenings that had to be flawless, every detail choreographed, with no second take. That work, featured in The New York Times and on the Style Network, taught me that how a space makes you feel is designed, never left to chance.

Eight years ago I brought that discipline to Houston. Today I lead Spotlight Style as a fully integrated design-build firm — concept through construction under one roof, one contract, one point of accountability. The person who imagines your home is the person who builds it: no handoffs, no vision lost in translation.

Because in the end, every space tells a story. My work is to design the one that tells yours.
